Meet the Team
Clive is an experienced motor retail professional having worked in the automotive sector his whole life. Clive was privileged to join Jemca when it was in its infancy, and has been part of the transformation in to a modern automotive retailer. Initially he managed the Bromley Centre and overlooked its redevelopment before moving to the also newly developed Sidcup Centre. He is passionate about our customers, our staff, our stakeholders, and proud of what we bring to the local community by way of contribution and employment. Transparency and integrity are his business beliefs and these are shared by the team as they strive to deliver our collective principals of The Jemca Way. Jemca strive to be the best retailer in town through the eyes of our customers. As a company Jemca offers expertise, trust and value for money in all areas of the business which include sales, service, parts and business vehicle sales. General Sales Manager
Maurizio started with Jemca in 2004 as a Sales Executive. He then held roles such as Business Manager, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. Maurizio mentioned that “Jemca has provided me with stability, the ability to fulfil my career ambitions and it’s a good place to be. I appreciate the Japanese way of thinking and business ambitions.” For Maurizio the key values of customer service are to “listen to your customers and understand their expectations. We must entertain the customers and help them throughout the journey with us”.
After Sales Manager
Paul has been involved in the Motor Trade Industry for 30 years and always has been involved in the After Sales Department. He progressed from an apprentice to a Sales Rep and then moved on to Parts Manager. Paul has worked with Jemca for 11 years. Paul feels that “Toyota is a very dependable and global brand with good customer values. Jemca is an honest and expanding company.” For Paul the key values of customer service are honesty, integrity and nothing more than complete customer satisfaction would do.
